Congratulations to the Barclays Premier League Champions, our very own Swindon Town Swoodilypoopers! Who would have thought all those years ago, when John Green was still John Bennet and the Swoodilypoopers were in League 1, that we would one day be winning the Premier League?
The road to this achievement hasn’t always been easy. Along the way we faced exhaustion, injury, and near-demotion. But in those dark times, us Swoodilypooper supporters rallied around the squad, and they responded with incredible amounts of dedication, passion, and heart.
They say we leave this world the same way that we come into it. In some ways that’s true here, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t gained anything along the way.
